The Sierra Leone Network Presents Council of Representatives (CORE) Invitation to Become a Founding Member Objectives: 1. To form an egalitarian committee, represented equally by each of the non-profit and alumni organizations in the United States. Ultimately, representatives from the private sector will also be included. 2. While the SLN will sponsor and accept responsibility for the Councils formation, they seek the establishment of an independent governing structure (board and executive). This structure and corresponding governing documents, will be architected democratically by all representatives. The Sierra Leoneo Network believe that the architecture of the proposed Council of Representatives (CORE) will enable individual organizations to collaborate, thereby leveraging our collective economic and social capital, without losing or compromising organizational autonomy.
